Yoga classes at New Life Fitness Centre have a strong focus on correct alignment and body awareness. Classes are open to all fitness levels, modifications available where necessary. Please inform the teacher of any known conditions or injuries at the start of the class. Bring your own mat and attend in comfortable clothing that allows free movement and with clean bare feet. Burn from 200 to 400 calories in a 1 hour class depending on age, weight, intensity.
